Job summary

Cash Cow - Louisiana is seeking a customer-facing sales professional who will ask the right questions, overcome objections, and guide customers through decisions, including financial conversations.

In a fast-paced environment, you will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, learn quickly from feedback, and stay motivated when faced with rejection. The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to work Saturdays; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound conversations with customers.
• Ask follow-up questions to understand needs and guide decisions.
