Job summary

Cash Cow is seeking a results-driven, customer-facing sales associate to grow quickly, learn real‑world skills, and guide customers through financial conversations. You will work directly with clients to understand needs and navigate decisions with confidence.

In a fast-paced environment, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, ask follow-up questions, and stay motivated with coaching. This role offers structured training, a team-focused culture, and a monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.
