Job summary

Cash Cow is seeking a customer-facing, performance-driven sales associate to work with customers, ask the right questions, and guide them through financial solutions.

This role handles inbound and outbound calls, requires resilience to hearing no, offers structured training, competitive compensation with a monthly bonus, and benefits like health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver's License.
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and guide them through financial solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions.
• Help customers make decisions, including money conversations.
• Stay positive and engaged, even when customers hesitate or say no.
• Take feedback and apply it immediately.
