Cash Cow in the United States is seeking a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will engage directly with customers to understand needs and guide financial solutions. You will handle inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make confident decisions—including conversations about money.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay motivated in a fast-paced setting, and are open to feedback and coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or collections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling money conversations.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.
