You will build client relationships, prepare estimates, and coordinate across design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, project management, signage, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience preparing estimates and managing project schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Meet with clients to understand project requirements and provide signage solutions.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and project schedules.
• Coordinate projects between customers, design, production, and installation teams.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and customer communications.
• Conduct site visits and field measurements when required.
• Track project progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
• Maintain CRM and project management records.
