Home Genius Exteriors in Cleveland, OH is seeking ambitious sales professionals for a full-time W-2 position. You’ll close deals by meeting 2–3 pre-qualified customers each day and delivering compelling in-home presentations, with 90% of the work prepared before your first meeting.

Expect rapid growth through elite training and mentorship, a team-first environment, weekly pay, and uncapped commissions—earning $100,000 to $300,000+ annually with bonuses and benefits after 30 days.

In this role, we’re looking for closers.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
