Job summary

DNA Genotek, part of OraSure Technologies, is seeking a Sales Development Analyst to drive lead qualification, onboarding, and CRM accuracy. You will connect Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce to ensure data is clean, routed correctly, and visible for strategic decision making.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or development, strong research ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce. A hybrid or remote setup is possible depending on the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, Communications, Marketing, or relevant industry experience.
• 1–2 years of sales or sales development experience.
• Proven research skills with the ability to filter critical information.
• Ability to take direction, work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, qualify, prioritize, and route marketing-generated leads.
• Prospect and account research.
• Support outbound campaigns and product launch initiatives.
• Follow up with webinar, tradeshow, and campaign responders.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and data quality standards.
