Job summary

You will use our Salesforce CRM to generate leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, visit local businesses, build your own client portfolio, and work with the sales manager to set targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required or considered.
• Background in sales, athletics, coaching, leadership roles is a plus or demonstrates drive.
• Strong communication, resilience, and ability to build connections quickly.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow clients within territory.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text and schedule meetings.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, and develop client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly targets with sales manager and manage weekly schedule.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
