You will conduct regular staff meetings, manage training programs, and maintain excellent customer relations while upholding bank policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mortgage department personnel and meeting department goals.
• Ability to set objectives, delegate effectively, and communicate with staff.
• Strong knowledge of loan policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Mortgage Department staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead loan officers with goal setting, delegation, and communication.
• Review loan documents for compliance and resolve deficiencies.
• Conduct staff meetings and one-on-ones to drive performance.
• Train and schedule personnel; assess training needs and implement programs.
• Promote cross-selling of bank products by mortgage staff.
• Perform lending operations per bank policies and legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, and support mortgage loan officers as needed.
• Process loan applications and present loan options to customers.
• Provide updates to management and maintain professional relationships with customers and partners.
