Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years in sales or lending, incl. 3 years coaching/management
• HS diploma plus 10+ years in sales, consumer or business lending, incl. 3 years coaching/management
• Experience coaching/supervising sales teams

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: lead, coach, and develop branch teams to hit sales and service goals
• Client Experience & Business Development: build partnerships and grow consumer and small business relationships
• Operations & Risk Management: ensure regulatory compliance and strong controls
• Market Performance: execute staffing, sales, and business development strategies for growth
