• Achieve branch sales and revenue goals by identifying, marketing, and recommending banking products and services.
• Recruit, train, retain and motivate staff to ensure profitability, sales, customer experience, compliance, and growth objectives.
• Develop and lead strategies to grow consumer and business relationships.
• Grow deposits and loans through inside and outside business calling.
• Enhance customer experience and the bank’s reputation with staff and customers.
• Lead a community engagement strategy with a Community Development Relationship Manager.
