Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead staff, manage processes, and execute strategies that drive sales and customer satisfaction. The role requires flexibility across shifts, strong leadership, and a focus on safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience or supervising food service operations.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
• Experience supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management and food prep.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to meet service expectations.
• Analyze financial reporting and help implement changes to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
