Responsibilities include ensuring safety and cleanliness, managing food prep and inventory, supporting the Restaurant Manager with scheduling and reporting, and driving operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work various shift times including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• 1+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $1+ million.
• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Package customer orders promptly to maximize service.
• Understand financial reporting and analyze profit and loss to improve opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
