Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead our restaurant team and operations. You will assist in staff leadership, process management, and executing strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

This role suits individuals passionate about the restaurant industry and ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment. You'll work with the Restaurant Manager on scheduling, reporting, and budget awareness while ensuring food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with annual sales of $1+ million.
• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to maximize service.
• Understand financial reporting and analyze profit and loss to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
