Someburros is seeking a Restaurant Accountant to own AP processing, inventory support, and renewals for all restaurants while handling day-to-day accounting for an assigned group. You will collaborate with restaurant leadership to ensure accurate financials and timely closes.

The role requires 2+ years of accounting in a multi-unit restaurant, experience with Restaurant365 and Toast, and strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Multi-unit restaurant experience.
• Experience with Restaurant365 and Toast.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and lead weekly payment runs, ensuring terms and credits are honored.
• Monitor vendor records, onboarding, W-9s, and credit applications.
• Maintain AP aging and vendor statement accuracy; be the main contact for invoice questions.
• Support inventory accounting and resolve pricing exceptions.
• Track renewals for licenses and permits; keep electronic records organized.
