Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail banking with supervisory or management experience.
• Proven track record of high performance, including Small Business acquisition and cross-partner referrals.
• Experience with NMLS registration and related regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to branch staff, ensuring operational efficiency and excellent customer service.
• Develop plans to grow new business and strengthen existing relationships through site visits and referrals.
• Lead cross‑department collaboration to expand market reach and product penetration.
• Demonstrate knowledge of bank products/services to meet customer needs and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Oversee compliance with policies, budgets, audits, and security procedures.
