Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding assigned goals.
• Excellent communications skills, passionate about helping others, motivated to learn, solutions-based sales skills, professionalism, resourcefulness, exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Technologically savvy (i.e., Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, bank systems).
• Must register and maintain current registration with the NMLS.
• A valid driver's license and ability/willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance: protect privacy and security, manage cash handling and audit guidelines.
• Grow Consumer Relationships: manage Top 500 customers, promote products, seek referrals, use BUILD/BUILD 2.0.
• Deepen Consumer Relationships: onboarding/outbound calls, schedule appointments, identify partner referrals, explore lending opportunities.
• Personal Development: own development journey, complete required trainings, build product knowledge.
• Customer Experience: live our mission and values, uphold service promises, ensure single point of contact for resolution.
