Job summary

- Current RN licensure in the state of employment or compact licensure.
- Current BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
- ACLS must be AHA approved within 90 days for Charge Nurses.
Responsibilities
- Deliver, direct and supervise nursing care for patients on the unit.
- Plan, coordinate and participate in discharge planning.
- Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization.
- May serve as Charge Nurse; ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.
