The role requires coordinating packaging, marketing, supply chain, finance, and sales, with a strong emphasis on communication and risk management. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in CPG project management, excellent collaboration skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in CPG project management in a large-sized consumer business (personal care, cosmetics experience preferred).
• Proven track record of embracing and supporting change management and continuous improvement with a high level of detail.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• An amazing collaborator with cross-functional partners at all levels, including manufacturing partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and outpace competition.

Responsibilities

• Own management of projects: Lead planning, tracking and execution across the organization with cross-functional alignment and roadmaps.
• Lead project meetings: ensure functions are aligned on status, mitigate risk and escalate conflicts.
• Manage project timelines: create, update and report on timelines; Wrike experience is a plus.
• Cross-functional collaboration: act as hub for packaging, marketing, supply chain, finance and sales teams.
