Job summary

Amrize in Ada, Oklahoma is seeking a Build For Growth Process Engineer I to join our US cement operations. You will analyze plant processes, support cost/benefit improvements and help implement process controls as part of the Build4Growth program.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning across main operational areas, with a blended program of online, on-site sessions and on-the-job projects designed for new graduates. Travel is limited, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Field of Study preferred: Chemical Engineering.
• 0-3 years of work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Analyze operations of the Plant and make recommendations for process improvement including Cost/Benefit Analysis.
• Develop process control automation and computer applications for process control.
• Prepare computer reports on processing efficiencies and failure investigations.
• Perform tests on operating plant systems to determine the efficiencies of the equipment.
• Provide assistance to management in maintaining the Plant within environmental and quality regulations.
• Training shift supervisors for SAP reporting and TIS.
