Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in project coordination or similar
• Strong follow-through and habit of staying with open actions
• Documentation discipline to leave a traceable record
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Comfort working with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Own the intake and setup of new projects in DGR's systems
• Confirm documentation, approvals, contacts, and statements of work
• Coordinate transition from sales to delivery
• Submit billing triggers and milestone updates to Finance
• Keep project records, templates, trackers, and docs current
• Support PMs on active engagements and track actions
• Manage smaller engagements independently with client communication
