Fifth Third Bank in Pearland, TX is seeking entry-level professionals for a Retail Personal Banker I program. Selected candidates complete a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to advance into the Retail Personal Banker family.

The role focuses on consultative sales to meet financial needs, acquiring new households and deepening customer relationships within a risk-aware framework.

Formación

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Sales aptitude to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales to identify financial needs and build a customer profile.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services and recommend solutions.
• Lead appointments and financial reviews via CAMP and other tools.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and refer to partners as needed.
• Follow policies, protect customer information, and uphold ethical standards.
