Job summary

Sweathouz is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and affiliate platforms. The role focuses on achieving target CPA while driving ROAS, and coordinating creatives and assets in alignment with brand standards.

You will work with the Performance Marketing Manager to optimize budgets, run tests, and build dashboards for weekly and monthly reviews. This is an on-site role in Atlanta with room to grow.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in paid digital marketing.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
• Familiarity with GA, budgets, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Run campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and affiliates.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR and cost-per-booking daily.
• Coordinate ad asset intake and ensure on-brand briefs.
• Set up and analyze A/B tests and audience experiments.
• Build weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Support geo-targeted campaigns for studio locations.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and platform policies.
