Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will own paid media strategy across Meta and TikTok, build testing roadmaps, and guide creative strategy while communicating clearly with clients.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands, a track record with Meta ads, and the ability to work with editors and UGC creators to produce winning ad variations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience scaling eCommerce brands.
• Proven results with Meta ads (CPA/ROAS/revenue).
• Experience building or operating a Shopify store is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok.
• Build creative testing roadmaps and briefs for editors.
• Manage ad budgets from $30k to $1m per client per month.
• Diagnose full funnel issues: creative, offer, or conversion.
• Communicate results and next steps to clients.
• Collaborate with UGC creators to source talent and scripts.
