Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC/ecommerce brands. You will own paid media strategies across Meta and TikTok, optimize creative testing, and guide editors to scale winning campaigns.

You will manage budgets from $30k to $1M per client, translate data into actionable plans, and communicate results clearly to clients while collaborating with UGC creators.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands with paid social ads.
• Ability to build testing roadmaps and briefs for editors.
• Experience managing ad budgets from monthly to large spends.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok.
• Build creative testing roadmaps — develop angles, write briefs for editors, analyze what's working.
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k / mo to $1m / mo per client.
• Diagnose the full funnel — spot whether issues are creative, offer, or conversion.
• Communicate clearly with clients — present results, plans, and next steps.
• Work with UGC creators — source talent, write scripts, direct content when needed.
