Strikepoint Media in Laguna Beach, CA is seeking a Senior Meta Media Buyer to own paid media strategy and execution, with a focus on Meta and cross-channel performance across Google, TikTok, and others. You will lead planning, testing, and client conversations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, a BA/BS in marketing or business, and a track record of scaling budgets while maintaining efficiency. Hybrid/remote work options are available within the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years paid media experience in-house or agency
• BA/BS in marketing or business preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Experience across two or more platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Own Meta campaign strategy, structure, and optimization with secondary channel management
• Develop scaling strategies and budget reallocation grounded in performance data
• Build and manage creative testing frameworks with the Creative team
• Lead client-facing performance discussions and present insights clearly
• Produce deeper channel-level analysis linking data to business outcomes
• Troubleshoot tracking issues including GTM and attribution
• Mentor junior media buyers and coach the team
• Maintain campaign documentation and QA standards
• Align paid media with landing page performance and offers testing
• Contribute to standardizing planning frameworks and team processes
