Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational abilities are required.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without assistance.
• Experience training or mentoring associates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Maintain a clean and organized store and proper tagging/stocking.
• Coordinate with management to optimize flow of goods to the floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles.
• Support store shrink reduction and safety programs.
