Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a Transformations Care Network partner, is seeking licensed mental health therapists to empower diverse communities through outpatient treatment and collaborative care with a clinical team.

You will contribute to compassionate care, complete documentation efficiently, participate in supervision, and advance toward licensure while enjoying competitive benefits and flexible scheduling in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent in relevant field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis and safety plans, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely documentation, billing, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.

Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
