Job summary

New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to provide evidence-based outpatient therapy in a collaborative setting. You will assess clients, tailor individual and family therapy, and develop crisis and safety plans while working with psychiatrists and care teams.

This role emphasizes ethical practice, ongoing professional development, and timely documentation to support high-quality patient care within the Transformations Care Network.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Current and active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or licensure eligible by hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization.
