Job summary

New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed therapists to join our team in our behavioral health network. You will deliver outpatient individual and family therapy, create personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical and administrative team to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation (if required).
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation and treatment plans; manage insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians and other staff to deliver holistic care.
