Job summary

New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join a collaborative clinical team within Transformations Care Network. You will provide outpatient therapy, develop treatment plans, and participate in care coordination to support diverse local communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed or provisionally licensed per state regulation.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plan completion.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
