Nexstar Media Group, Inc. in San Diego is seeking an Account Executive to grow revenue by selling television and digital advertising solutions.

You will generate new business, manage client relationships, and upsell across broadcast, digital, streaming, and integrated marketing products. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who builds a healthy pipeline, negotiates contracts, and partners with internal teams to ensure campaign success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new and incremental revenue with a focus on new business and digital revenue growth.
• Manage client accounts, maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop customized broadcast/digital advertising solutions.
• Present proposals and negotiate contracts to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights.
• Maintain a proactive sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Attend client meetings and industry events to grow the advertiser base.
