Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Marketing/Program Manager to implement and manage marketing plans, promotions, and sales programs across divisions. You will lead projects end-to-end, ensuring milestones are met and ROI is tracked, while partnering with Product, Training, Compliance, Sales Operations, and other teams to drive execution and alignment.

The role requires translating priorities into field-ready programs, developing communications, and delivering trainings that improve field

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of marketing, product management, project management, or sales experience.
• Ability to translate insights into programs that drive sales growth.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Training.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from concept through execution with clear milestones.
• Monitor and measure program effectiveness and ROI; optimize field adoption.
• Translate priorities into field-ready programs and learning experiences.
• Develop annual marketing and sales programming strategies and communications.
• Create content and sales enablement materials to support programs.
• Design scalable processes and governance for consistency across offices.
• Gather field feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training and change management support for new tools and processes.
