Job summary

CCYP is seeking a highly organized Marketing Operations Specialist to power our digital growth. You will coordinate marketing activities, manage content and campaigns, maintain web properties, and ensure projects move smoothly from planning through execution.

This role requires comfort with multiple digital platforms, attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams. Fluency in English and Chinese is highly preferred for serving North American Chinese audiences.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of modern digital marketing fundamentals including websites, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, video, lead generation, and analytics.
• Comfort learning new software, troubleshooting basic digital issues, and communicating with technical teams.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and support data-driven decisions.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin reading/writing) is preferred for North American Chinese audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, project timelines, internal requests, campaign assets, approvals, and deliverables.
• Maintain and update digital properties, monitor content accuracy and site quality, and coordinate with development resources.
• Review content, information, landing pages, and marketing materials for accuracy and consistency before publication.
• Test, implement, and manage AI tools and automation workflows to support AI-first marketing initiatives.
