You will develop partnerships, present BBSI’s value, and manage the sales process from outreach through onboarding. Ideal candidates possess a proven sales track record, leadership experience, and the ability to build relationships with business owners and referral partners across industries.

Qualifications

• Must have proven prospecting and closing abilities to win new clients.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
• Ability to build relationships with owners, executives and referral partners.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Consultative seller with an ownership mindset; prior business ownership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find, engage, and close new client prospects.
• Build a channel of referral partner relationships generating qualified leads.
• Outline and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed goals.
• Build relationships with key clients and represent the product value.
• Collaborate with service teams to move prospects to closing and onboarding.
• Understand target client base and focus development efforts accordingly.
• Drive top-line revenue while supporting bottom-line management.
• Communicate value and set expectations to clients and partners.
• Engage with the distribution channel and business community.
