Job summary

Veradigm is seeking an experienced Program Director to drive execution of the Life Sciences Growth Strategy. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track scope and timelines, and ensure alignment with growth outcomes in a high-visibility role reporting to senior leadership.

You will partner with engineering, data, product, regulatory and clinical teams to translate strategy into executable programs, manage risks, and deliver executive-ready updates.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of program or project management experience in technical or product environments.
• Experience executing strategic initiatives at organizational level (growth strategy, transformation, multi-team platforms).
• Strong knowledge of roadmapping, dependency, risk, resource, and status reporting.
• Able to work with engineering and technical teams and understand trade-offs.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating complex info to updates.
• Autonomy and ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving settings.
• Experience in Life Sciences, healthcare, pharma, or regulated industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory, clinical, or commercial workflows in Life Sciences.
• Experience with program management tooling and portfolio reporting.
• PM certification (PMP, PgMP, SAFe) or equivalent.
• Experience building or scaling governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio execution across the Life Sciences Growth Strategy with multiple workstreams.
• Establish and run program governance, status reviews, and roadmap check-ins.
• Identify and resolve interdependencies between engineering, product, data science, commercial, regulatory and clinical teams.
• Translate strategy into structured programs with clear owners and milestones.
• Maintain live risk and issue logs with mitigation plans.
• Build portfolio-level dashboards and executive status reports.
• Assist with resource planning and sequencing across the portfolio.
• Identify process/tooling improvements to speed and improve reliability.
• Bridge technical and business conversations for non-technical stakeholders.
