You will oversee organizational development initiatives and partner with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in training and development with leadership experience.
• Strong adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive training and development strategy.
• Plan and deliver onboarding, leadership and soft-skill training.
• Develop department goals, systems and cost controls.
• Maintain LMS to document and monitor training across employees.
• Manage training budgets, vendor relationships and external resources.
• Oversee creation of internal monthly employee newsletter.
• Supervise and mentor training specialists to maximize impact.
