Job summary

Manay CPA in Marietta, GA seeks a motivated Jr. Sales & Business Development Associate to drive new client growth from prospecting through onboarding.

You will own portions of the sales cycle, identify decision-makers, and present our accounting and advisory services. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on training, broad exposure to cross-functional teams, and the opportunity to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Experience in accounting, tax, financial services, or another professional services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to prospective clients and build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers within target accounts and guide prospects through each stage of the sales process.
• Deliver clear, compelling presentations of Manay CPA services to prospective clients and partners.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospects and client interactions in our CRM.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and outreach that resonate with our target audience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to expand our services.
• Learn our services and systems in depth, and explain their features and benefits with confidence.
• Track your own sales activity and progress toward goals, sharing insights and feedback with the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a smooth client experience from first contact onward.
• Represent Manay CPA at client visits and industry events.
• Perform other related duties as required.
