Job summary

Manay CPA is a global, full-service accounting and advisory firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA. We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support client onboarding, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial reporting for diverse clients.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in accounting or related field, CPA track, and at least 2 years of professional experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus; CPA qualifications are prioritized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA track preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of professional bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Experience in a CPA firm is a big plus; GAAP knowledge essential.
• Proficient in accounting software (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding for all assigned engagements per process.
• Engage in client acquisition/retention with high-level service.
• Organize and update financial records (digital and physical).
• Process accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, monthly close, reporting.
• Prepare depreciation schedules, payroll records, tax returns as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely communication and delivery.
• Prepare and file corporate and individual income tax returns.
• Assist in audits and internal management reporting.
