The role requires 2+ years in account management or related fields, with a proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and collaborate with delivery teams. Travel for client meetings and business reviews is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience growing enterprise accounts and engaging senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling workforce and technology solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and business priorities.
• Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and account negotiations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account activity reports.
