YouLend in Atlanta is seeking a Commercial Associate to scale major partners, drive growth, and shape commercial proposals in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will analyze partnership performance, pricing, and RFP responses, presenting insights to partners and implementing initiatives to grow key markets.

This role offers autonomy to define your roadmap, cross‑functional collaboration with Partnerships, Product, Risk, Data and Capital Markets, and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Interest in fintech, partnerships, and commercial strategy.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with hands-on execution.
• Strong ability to create clear, structured presentations for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritise and drive high-value growth opportunities across partners, products and markets.
• Own performance deep-dives for strategic partners and turn findings into action.
• Build business cases for new product, market and partner initiatives.
• Structure commercial proposals, pilots and partner growth plans.
• Build operating rhythms, tools and processes to scale.
• Collaborate across Partnerships, Product, Risk, Data, Operations and Capital Markets.
