Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding production goals as established.
• Pursues expert knowledge of Company's insurance principles, practices, and products.
• Works to validate production by meeting new business sales goal.
• Ability to work with support from manager and Sr. team members.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and cross-selling opportunities with commercial accounts.
• Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals.
• Conduct policy reviews and update policies.
• Provide quality customer service with detailed documentation supporting conversations and decisions.
• Attend meetings and conventions as determined by manager.
• Inspect property and prequalify new business risks for proper risk assessment.
• Obtain and provide information when claims are filed and monitor claims to ensure equitable settlement.
