You will develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups; manage policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes; and maintain accurate records while aiming to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Grow the agency through new business acquisition while cross-selling within the existing book of business.
• Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups.
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately.
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer records in the agency system.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals.
• Round out existing customer accounts by identifying coverage gaps and cross-selling during reviews.
