Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative (ISSR) to back Outside Sales, providing consultative support and maintaining strong account relationships. The ISSR delivers timely quotes, processes sales orders, resolves issues and ensures project execution throughout the cycle.

This role requires CRM and telephony system proficiency, strong organization, and industry knowledge to grow the managed account portfolio and increase market share.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Preferred: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint).
• Experience in customer service or retail sales environments.

Responsibilities

• 50% Support Outside Sales Portfolio Growth—provide excellent customer service, accurate quoting, sourcing and project ownership; follow up and resolve issues.
• 25% Account Administration—assist with quoting, pricing, availability, and issue resolution for high-volume projects; manage end-to-end processes.
• 25% Issue Resolution—assist customers through journey, post-sale follow up, invoice transmittal, and quote requests.
