Job summary

Raymond Central is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Oklahoma City to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening customer partnerships. You will develop strategies to expand market presence and support long-term customer success in material handling solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent business-to-business outside sales experience.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of current car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking and other outbound strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in intralogistics.
• Track sales metrics and KPIs to support growth of the sales enablement function.
• Design and deploy programs and tools to help sales teams execute core responsibilities.
• Nurture relationships with potential clients and provide introductory information about forklift solutions.
• Track and report leads and activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to transition leads into the pipeline.
• Generate qualified meetings with influencers and decision makers for Outside Sales Reps.
• Manage CRM database with customer data and lead information.
• Use sales enablement tools to generate leads and build prospecting reports.
• All other duties as assigned.
