Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and support material handling equipment at customer site.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair forklifts and related systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to procedures and cost guidelines.
• Complete paperwork and time records accurately per procedures.
• Manage parts, tools and consumables used.
• Drive safely and follow safety policies.
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Maintain vehicle interior and service manuals.
• Attend meetings and training sessions; participate in company activities.
• Keep an adequate set of personal tools.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure high-quality service.
