Job summary

A prominent home building company in Seattle is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to complete training for selling residential properties. Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Completion of the Sales Associate Learning and Certification Program is required.
• Minimum of 1 year related functional experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell and close company products, achieving sales goals.
• Generate leads from customer referrals.
• Conduct interviews and presentations to potential buyers.
• Explain financing and club plans to customers.
• Assist in scheduling buyer appointments as needed.
