Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate sales activities, market trends, and customer needs to optimize sales performance.
• Develop and coach the sales team through training and constructive feedback.

• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist in selecting personnel to meet branch commitments.
