Job summary

Patterson Dental Supply, Inc. seeks a Branch Manager to lead operational functions, oversee accounting, inventory, and service, and drive branch objectives. You will partner with the General Manager to implement best practices and strategies that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role involves staffing decisions, performance coaching, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Occasional travel to support multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• General computer proficiency including MS Office.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises all branch operational functions (Service, Equipment, Customer Service, Accounting, Inventory).
• Manage branch profit and loss, budgets, accounts payable/receivable.
• Create a customer service culture within the branch and resolve customer issues.
• Oversee inventory processes and aging variances; coordinate with Operations Manager.
• Manage staffing, hiring decisions, and performance evaluations.
