You will lead the sales team, analyze market trends, implement process improvements, and develop a high-performing workforce in a value-added distributor serving dental and animal health markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Background in customer service, sales and asset management is ideal.
• Experience supervising sales teams is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen, decision making, and customer focus.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate sales activities, market trends and customer needs for sales optimization.
• Develop sales team through training and feedback to foster skill development.
• Review work of direct reports to assess performance and provide guidance.
• Partner with Operations Manager to create a customer service culture within the branch.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency or reduce costs.
• Participate in selecting personnel to ensure adequate coverage on all jobs.
